Staff must have a positive attitude when they go through training, rather than doing it just because they are required to. You as the employer must help employees know the importance of correct training. Let them realize that they could injure or kill not only themselves, but other individuals, if they make mistakes. It is up to you to ensure that all your workers go through training seriously.
